HOW TO ORDER

Placing an order with us is easy!!! You can choose from the following methods:

1. ON-LINE - You can place your order online using our very secure on-line server, which uses the latest encryption technology to ensure that your details are kept safe.
2. MAIL - Just print the order form, fill it out and mail it to us:

3. FAX - Just print the fax form and fill it out and fax it to us on our fax number (03) 8786 3972.
   Make sure you include your credit card details, so that your order can be processed quickly.

We accept the following credit cards - Visa Card and Mastercard

Please note that there is a $20 minimum order when purchasing online. This does not include any postage if applicable.

Please email or phone us if you would like to arrange to pay for your order by direct debit.

$20 - $29.99 Postage: $4.95

$30 - $99.99 Postage: $8.80

$100 +           Postage: $11.95

All orders are sent by registered post by default (Costing an additional $3.63).

If you don't want your order sent by registered post please untick the box and click on update

 cart. ( this will remove the registeration cost.

We will not be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged if they are not registered/insured.

We can give you a quote for the additional charge to register your parcel for your own peace of mind!!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: will be charged the actual cost of postage. An email will be sent to the purchaser stating the amount of postage before the items are shipped.

DELIVERY TERMS: Your order will be processed within 24-72 hours of it being received if paying by credit card. If paying by cheque, it will be shipped to you after your cheque has been cleared to our bank account- generally 5 working days. If paying by direct bank transfer your order will be sent out as soon as your funds have cleared our account - usually next working day.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: From time to time, some items in our store may be temporarily unavailable. If stock you have ordered is expected within 72 hours, your order will be held over and you will be notified by email and told of this dealy. If stock is not expected within this time your order will be sent as is and out of stock items will have to be reordered.

BACK ORDERS: are NOT kept on file.

REFUND POLICY:   Refunds will be given if items are found to be faulty. ( excluding damage in transit). We have tried to provide you with high quality images and descriptions of our product line.

Please note however, that all items returned to us, must be in original condition, and packaging must be included.

Please remember we will not be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged after they have left our warehouse/office if they are not registered/insured. This includes damage in transit by Australia Post.
